This decision lead me to succeed in my own incredible weight loss and body transformation achievement by losing a considerable amount of fat before going on to gain a respectable amount of muscle. This improvement in my health and fitness has allowed me to live a much more active and enjoyable lifestyle which I maintain with continued commitment and dedication to my diet and training.
My specialities as a personal trainer includes weight loss body transformations, injury prevention and rehabilitation, functional training to improve core and stability, muscle growth and definition. Sport specific for speed and power.
With my personal experience and specific knowledge, I know that together we can achieve your own health and fitness goals and be successful in your journey. I also understand that most people prefer privacy while getting their PT sessions, so I conduct all sessions from my private personal training studio.
